Data we process

We process your email, account preferences, birth data and locations entered for profiles, uploaded photographs and references, prompts, generated reports and images, purchase identifiers and credit transactions. Necessary cookies and network-address hashes help protect accounts and enforce anonymous trial limits.

A basic birth chart can be calculated before registration without AI or credits. Guest birth details and charts expire after 24 hours unless saved to a verified account.

Why we use data

We use these data to operate accounts, calculate charts, generate requested results, deliver verification emails, process payments, prevent abuse and handle support, refunds and disputes. We do not sell your personal data or run advertising trackers in the current service.

Service providers

Personal image generation sends your photograph, reference and generation instructions to OpenAI. Report generation may send the data needed for your requested report to OpenAI. Resend delivers account emails; Stripe handles checkout and payment details; Geoapify handles place searches. Midjourney through UserAPI is used for public reference images, rather than the personal-photo generation flow. These providers may process data outside your country under their own policies.

Card information is entered on Stripe checkout. AstroCode stores payment identifiers and amounts, not full card numbers or security codes.

Storage and retention

Source photographs are removed from our generation storage after processing completes or fails. A browser photo draft expires after 30 minutes. Unclaimed guest results expire after 24 hours. Uploaded references, profiles and saved results remain in your private workspace until deletion. Diagnostic data are subject to periodic cleanup.

Deleting an account removes its profiles, works and files. Limited payment identifiers, amounts and credit-adjustment records remain separately for accounting, refunds and disputes. Service providers and backups can have separate retention schedules.

Your choices and rights

You can change account information, export your workspace data and delete your account in settings. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email [email protected]. We may verify that a request belongs to you. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; this policy does not limit mandatory rights.

Security and private results

Results in your account are private unless you choose to share them. Guest original downloads are restricted; the preview is watermarked. We use access controls and payment verification, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information unnecessary for the requested generation.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics (G-PNY5EKFRYK) measures visits and navigation. We send cleaned page addresses and general page names, not photographs, profile or birth data, report contents, email addresses or private URL parameters. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline or withdraw permission on the Cookies page. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies can last up to two years; Google controls its processing and retention under its privacy policy.
