What To Include
When reporting an issue, include:
- A short description of the problem.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The Astrocode app version, if available.
- Screenshots or error text, if relevant.
- The approximate date and time when the issue happened.
Do not send passwords, full payment card data, or other sensitive credentials.
Subscriptions and Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple. Subscription changes, cancellations, and refund requests should be handled through your Apple account purchase settings.
Data Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email [email protected]. Use the subject line "Astrocode data request" and include enough information for us to identify the relevant app account or support record.
